Project 1: 2024 Wine Labels (Technical)

Supported freelance Creative Director Cristina Ruales on the Oceano Wines 2024 vintage launch. Assisted in preparing her custom label designs for final print production by managing technical specifications on Adobe Illustrator PDF files. Responsibilities included separating complex artwork layers for factory spec formatting (embossing and gold foil stamping) and digitally tweaking vector graphics to ensure seamless print alignment. 

  • Optimized production files in Adobe Illustrator under the freelance Creative Director, separating intricate design layers for gold foil, embossing, and technical factory specs.
  • Digitally refined vector wave graphics and text copy to guarantee absolute alignment and structural precision across the 2024 product line.

Project 2: Unified Digital Mockups

Developed a comprehensive set of unified digital packaging mockups for Oceano Wines to align with the new creative direction. Created standardized product renders from scratch, applying consistent lighting, digital shading, and accurate bottle geometry to eliminate prior visual discrepancies across marketing channels.

Project 3: Logo Recreation Assist

Assisted in the execution of the client's updated visual identity. Worked closely with the Creative Director to digitally format, place, and align the fusion of Oceano's core brand logo mark with the prominent "O" monogram asset.

  • Assisted in formatting the integration of the primary brand logo with the "O" monogram asset to support a cohesive visual identity rollout.

Project 4: Wine Topper Layout

Came up with the technical layout and positioning of the Creative Director's custom motifs onto the physical wine topper asset. Collaborated on the final file setup, ensuring the composition met strict packaging guidelines before it secured final production sign-off from the winery's CEO.

  • Executed the technical layout and precise digital placement of brand motifs for a physical wine topper, supporting a design that achieved direct approval from the company CEO.

Project 5: Brand Strategy & Marketing PowerPoints

Formatted high level brand strategy and marketing pitch presentations for the Oceano Wines account. Applied digital technical tweaks to presentation layouts and systematically placed the Creative Director's custom motifs and assets into unified, corporate PowerPoint structures.

  • Refined high impact marketing decks by applying technical digital adjustments and precisely positioning custom creative motifs across corporate brand presentations.

Project 6: Valentine’s Day Social Media

Conducted rapid layout prototyping for the client's digital Valentine's Day marketing campaign. Adapted the Creative Director's established brand assets into 16 distinct social media composition variations, assisting the creative team in exploring options to secure final campaign sign-off.

Project 7: Oceano Wine Newsletter Layout

Collaborated closely with the Creative Director via Zoom, translating real time design feedback into technical layout execution within Adobe Illustrator. Managed the precise digital placement, alignment, and formatting of custom brand motifs and content for the newsletter layout, ensuring a cohesive and production-ready digital asset that met brand standards and secured final sign-off from the winery's CEO.
